2-island tour: Murano and Burano - morning or afternoon
Set sail from Venice for a boat tour to the islands of Murano and Burano.
Enjoy the ride on a comfortable boat, admire the lagoon views from the deck, and be enchanted by the magic of these unique places, passionately narrated by our guide. Depending on the chosen option, departure can be from San Marco - Approdo Cornoldi or from Venice railway station, near KFC.
The first stop will be Murano, renowned worldwide for the art of glassmaking. Here, you will visit one of the famous local glassworks and watch a live glassblowing demonstration, observing the techniques and skills of the master glassmakers up close. You will have approximately one hour of free time to explore the island and browse the artisan glass shops.
You will then continue to Burano, where you can admire the vibrant colorful houses and stroll along the picturesque streets of the village. Here too, you will have about one hour of free time to discover the charm of the island, wander through the lace shops, or enjoy a local aperitif.
During the navigation: admire the typical flora and fauna of the lagoon and watch in the distance the planes taking off from Marco Polo Airport.
In Murano: visit the Basilica of Santi Maria e Donato and the Church of San Pietro Martire, two historical testimonies of the island (entrance tickets not included).
In Burano: stroll to Piazza Galuppi with its famous leaning bell tower, discover the ancient art of lace-making by browsing the island's shops, take a selfie in front of Casa di Bepi — the most colorful house on the island — and taste the traditional biscuit: Bussolà.

Return to Venice San Marco at 15:30, 2 hours of free time and at 17:30 the shuttle bus back to the railway station with arrival at 18:00 approx.
